GOALS

1. To have a CBR program adopted by the community as primary strategy to disability prevention and rehabilitation and to social integration of persons with disabilities.
   
   
2. To provide PWDs with opportunities to exploit their innate skills and potential to earn a living for them to become self reliant and to actively participate and contribute to economic growth.
   
   
3. For the special children to have access to education and for them to have a better chance to socialize with the rest of the society.
   
   
4. To provide indigent PWDs access to corrective surgeries and assistance to facilitate easy mobility for special children and youth.
   To establish a legal assistance program to enhance and protect the rights of special children and youth with disabilities.
   
   
5. To organize sports, cultural and recreational activities for special children and youth.
